昨日走左去踩單with 5男1女

total7個,十點踩到七點半

由大圍去大尾篤,景色靚又涼爽

玩得好開心

不過兩條腿就唔洗要了

阿銓:人地跑馬拉松用腳走四十幾k以上,我地就用單車踩

都踩到,下次甘長途咪叫我,大埔都還可以

夜晚先最精彩

最後先出事 (全靠John 出手相助)
